「The system cannot find the path specified.」と表示される。

以下のコマンドを実行してください。

wsl --shutdown
wslconfig /unregister Ubuntu
wsl --install --distribution Ubuntu

実行後、PCを再起動(シャットダウン+起動)し、再度エラーが出たコマンドを実行ください。
